AN ADIRONDACKS DESTINATION WEDDING
This wedding was a special and unique one for us! We traveled to the Adirondacks of New York to photograph Kate & Andres’ day at Jimbo’s Club at the Point. We can not express how beautiful of a day it was on the beachside in the mountains! All of the bridal party and guests traveled in and were able to stay on site in the cabins on the property. There were bunk beds galore and so much summer camp nostalgia. We are always honored to be considered for every wedding we get to shoot but destination weddings are a super exciting change of pace. We were in Rochester at Casa Larga just a week before this wedding and can’t wait to be back in upstate New York again soon. THE BEST, BEST MAN
Kate and Andre involved their dog, Torin, in the wedding in noteworthy way – by making him the best man! When you scroll down you will get to see his tux (trust us, you don’t want to miss it!). We loved this personal touch that was so unique. Torin and Andres got ready together in their cabin and where ever Andres was, Torin was in toe right behind him… even during the ceremony. Torin was the best boy standing (and sleeping) proudly next to his parents during their nuptial.
DANCING THE NIGHT AWAY
While the day was full with beach time and badminton, the night was full of its own fun – lots of dancing! Kate is a dancer, and so are many of her friends. So of course, it was a true party.
