Summer Wedding at Walker’s Overlook in Walkersville, MD

Walker’s Overlook is a stunning manor venue in Walkersville, MD. We love the stately feel with stunning views and one of the most beautiful outdoor ceremony sites. This Maryland wedding venue has a large bridal getting ready space in the upstairs of the on site home. When we book a summer wedding at Walker’s Overlook, we immediately know it’s going to be stunning. The small gardens and large fields give so many photo opportunities for wedding days. Matt and Meghan experienced a vibrant sunny morning and afternoon showers, ultimately pushing their ceremony inside the tent. Close friends and family were able to have a few rows to view the ceremony while the rest of the guests sat at their reception seats to view the event. After the celebration, guests were able to enjoy cocktail hour and mingle. Our couple had the best idea to have a private meal in the wine cellar of the venue. What a sweet way to make your evening even more memorable. On the wedding day, it is so rare to get some time alone with your partner and a private dinner is the perfect way to get a quiet moment together. Overall we had an amazing day with an amazing couple who were so much fun and kept the best attitude, even when plan A didn’t work out, everyone came together to make plan B as great as possible.
