That seems like a short list but it’s a lot of leg work. Since you’ll be booking a lot of vendors during this time, please be sure to READ YOUR VENDOR CONTRACTS. Sometimes there are things that slip through the cracks in your contracts like maybe your catering team does not take out the trash and neither does your venue. Who will?!
Also, you can negotiate within your contract on little things. For example, if your venue doesn’t take out the trash you may be able to negotiate that they do. (I’m optimistic that most vendors would like to work with you not against you). It never hurts to ask!
